We will start the dine around in La Luce on the Hilton side at 6:30 visiting a couple of different outlets and ending for desserts and cocktails at the Clubhouse at 9:30. La Luce: Bruschetta of the day, San Daniele Prosciutto with fried pizza and Lambrusco Wine Zeta Bar: A homemade Parmesan Cheese Cracker appetizer paired with champagne with molecular contreau pearls.
